Network Integration Evaluation 12.1, conducted at White Sands Missile range from late October to mid-November of 2011, provided the means to test, evaluate, and conduct risk reduction on a number of systems. One of those systems is the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2. DMN senior writer Scott R.
