U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) component commanders participated in a panel discussion on key special operations forces acquisition, operations, requirements, and technology issues during the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC) May 14-16, 2013, in Tampa, Fla. Speaking were Lt. Gen. Joseph Votel, commander of Joint Special Operations Command; Rear Adm. Sean Pybus, NAVSPECWARCOM commander, Lt. Gen. Charles T. Cleveland, USASOC commander; Lt. Gen.
