The Association of Army Dentistry (AAD) and Faircount Media Group have signed an agreement to produce a special magazine to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the U.S. Army Dental Corps entitled 100 Years of U.S. Army Dentistry.

March 3, 2012, will bring to an end a year-long celebration of events to commemorate this special occasion. As part of the closing ceremony 100 Years of U.S. Army Dentistry will be released. The publication supports the goals of the U.S. Army dentistry centennial celebration, which are:

• To advance Army Dentistry with activities to promote morale;
• Support recruitment and retention of Army dental personnel;
• Provide education and foster historical perspective and appreciation of Army dental, history, and;
• Provide a means of recognition of those who serve and have served the nation via Army dentistry.

The publication will be delivered to members of the Association of Army Dentistry (AAD), members of the Active Dental Corps, Leadership of the U.S. Army and the Association of the U.S. Army, leadership of the American and State Dental Associations, students of American Dental Schools, and Army Health Profession Scholarship students.
