USS Freedom Sports New Paint; Gears Up for Deployment

As USS Freedom worked up for her March 1 deployment to the Asia-Pacific region, Lockheed Martin released this new video of the littoral combat ship in her new four-color camouflage paint scheme. Freedom will incorporate the anti-surface warfare (ASuW) mission module for the deployment, and will make port visits in Hawaii, Guam, take part in the International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (IMDEX) in Singapore and participate in the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) exercise series in Southeast Asia.
